We wish to create a fully sustainable business model which will allow us to bring opera performances as close as possible to local audiences, as well as reaching a worldwide public with our streamed broadcasts, and to revitalize small and charming theatres and we are looking for
- Financial support so as to cover the costs of our project, considering that the box office revenue covers about 25-30% of the costs.
- Collaboration in inviting young, enthusiastic musicians from all parts of the world who are keen on joining our innovative project
We also very much appreciate other means of backing such as advice, contacts, advocacy, endorsement, patronage, in-kind contributions.
To give you an idea about costs we describe what OperaExtravaganza can achieve with:
3000 euro we are able to stage an opera concert in a historic theatre with full cast and piano accompaniment
7000 euro we can stage a concert and make a streamed broadcast of the concert
15 000 euro we are able to stage an opera production with full cast, choir, costumes, scenery and orchestra
25 000 euro we can stage an opera and make a streamed broadcast of the opera production
60 000 euro we are able to stage three opera productions in three different historic theatres with a streamed broadcast
What is on offer for you?
You will receive full information on how your money will be used.
Your Brand will be on full display on all Adopt a Theatre promotional and advertisement materials.
According to your donation you will receive a number of tickets for one of the musical event of Adopt a Theatre.
Those who donate 3000 euro or more, will have a unique opportunity to spend a lovely weekend in a hilltop town in the heart of Italy (in Vetralla for 2-4 persons) and attend one of the music events.
